Jeep India has launched the Night Eagle edition of Compass in the country. The diesel trim is priced at Rs 21.95 lakh (ex-showroom) and the petrol trim costs Rs 22.75 lakh (ex-showroom). The Night Eagle edition is based on the new Compass SUV. It further gets an all-black theme.
The Jeep Compass Night Eagle edition features a grille upfront with a gloss-black finish and grille rings. In addition, it gets fog lamp bezels, 18-inch alloy wheels, ORVMs, roof rail, and many more. The cabin of the Night Eagle edition boasts of a piano black interior complemented by black cloth/vinyl seats with light tungsten stitching and black vinyl inserts for the door trim and IP.
The SUV further comes equipped with a plethora of features. These include a 10.1-inch infotainment system, dual-zone automatic climate control, a 7-inch instrument cluster, hill start assist, electronic stability control, an all-speed traction control system, and an electronic parking brake.

Performance-wise, the Compass Night Eagle edition comes with both diesel and petrol engine options. The 1.4-litre turbo petrol engine churns out 156 bhp power and 250 Nm peak torque. The motor is mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox. The 2.0-litre diesel unit, on the other hand, generates 168 bhp power and 350 Nm peak torque while being linked to a 6-speed manual gearbox.
